Great to make ahead and freeze for later.

Ingredients

  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • Egg Whites
  • Low-fat Buttermilk
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Baking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Canola Oil
  • Salt
  • Flax Seed Meal

Instructions

  1. Preheat non-stick skillet over medium heat
  2. Using whisk, combine all ingredients until smooth
  3. Pour approximately 1 / 4 c batter into skillet
  4. When edges begin to bubble and lift from skillet, flip pancakes
  5. Cook both sides until golden brown
