Description
A friend brought this to a brunch pot luck i had last year. It was a big hit, so i just had to get the recipe from her.
Ingredients
- Sausage
- Mushrooms
- Green Onion
- Tomatoes
- Mozzarella Cheese
- Bisquick
- Eggs
- Milk
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oregano
Instructions
- In a 9×13 casserole layer the sausage, mushrooms, onions, tomato slices and cheese
- Blend the remaining ingredients in your blender and pour over the top of the layers
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes
