Crunchy Topped Tuna

Easy tuna bake with a yummy topping

Ingredients

• Potatoes
• Milk
• Salt And Pepper
• Butter
• Mushrooms
• Cream Of Mushroom Soup
• Tuna In Brine
• Tomatoes
• Breadcrumbs
• Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

1. Preheat oven at 180c
2. Boil or steam potatoes until tender
3. Drain
4. Return to low heat, mash, add milk and continue to mash until smooth and creamy
5. Remove from heat, season with salt and pepper
6. Heat butter in pan, add mushrooms
7. Add soup, stir over heat until mixture boils
8. Remove from heat
9. Stir in tuna
10. Place tuna mixture into large oven-proof dish, sprinkle with the chopped tomato
11. Spoon mashed potato evenly over tomato and sprinkle with topping
12. Bake for 30 minutes or until topping is golden
13. Topping
14. Combine the last 3 ingredients in small bowl
