  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Paprika
  • Sour Cream
  • Chives

Instructions

  1. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise
  2. Scoop out pulp, leaving a 1 / 4-in
  3. Thick shell
  4. Cut shells lengthwise into quarters and place on greased baking sheet
  5. Brush insides with butter
  6. Combine salt, garlic powder and paprika
  7. Sprinkle over the skins
  8. Broil until golden brown, 5-8 minutes
  9. If desired, combine sour cream and chives and serve with potato
