Quinoa Couscous Breakfast Cereal

Just like oatmeal or oatbran in the morning but a little bit lighter and more flavorful!

Ingredients

  • Unsweetened Apple Juice
  • Water
  • Quinoa
  • Raisins
  • Dried Cherries
  • Cinnamon
  • Allspice
  • Couscous

Instructions

  1. Boil juice and water
  2. Rinse quinoa
  3. Saute on med
  4. Heat until they pop
  5. Add quinoa dn fruit to boiling liquid
  6. Simmer 12-15 minutes
  7. Add cous cous remove from heat cover with lid and let sit for 5-7 minutes
