My portuguese friend use to make coffee for us but all i actually saw was that she whipped it before serving. I went hunting for her recipe which was very strong and also sweet. I found this one by joao luis vieira leitao….i do think this is it! So very simple and quick too!
Ingredients
- Instant Coffee
- Sugar
- Hot Water
Instructions
- Into a mug, place the coffee and sugar
- Mix in a couple of drops of tepid water and stir until the mixture looks like black cake dough
- Keep mixing until it turns white, or yellow, then fill with boiling water
- By oxygenating the coffee, you end up with a creamy yellow drink with foam on top
