Ingredients

  • Salt
  • Boneless Center Cut Pork Chops
  • Butter
  • 1% Low-fat Milk
  • All-purpose Flour
  • Poultry Seasoning
  • Black Pepper
  • Mashed Potatoes

Instructions

  1. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat
  2. Sprinkle 1 / 4 t salt over both sides of pork
  3. Add 1 teaspoon butter to pan, stirring until butter is melted
  4. Add the pork to pan, and cook pork for 3 minutes on each side
  5. Remove pork from pan, and keep warm
  6. Combine low-fat milk and flour, stirring with a whisk
  7. Add the milk mixture to pan, stirring with a whisk
  8. Stir in remaining 1 / 2 t salt, poultry seasoning, and black pepper
  9. Return pork to pan
  10. Cover
  11. Reduce heat, and simmer for 7 minutes or until gravy is thick and pork is done
  12. While pork cooks, prepare potatoes according to package directions
  13. Serve with pork
