Pistachio Pudding Dessert

Description

A co-worker brings a pan of this for every office party. I was able to snatch the recipe from her to share.

Ingredients

• Ritz Crackers
• Butter
• Instant Pistachio Pudding Mix
• Milk
• Vanilla Ice Cream
• Cool Whip
• Chocolate Candy Bar

Instructions

1. Place the crackers into a plastic storage bag and break into crumbs with a rolling pin
2. Pour crumbs into a bowl and add the melted butter
3. Spread into the bottom of a 13×9 inch pan to make a crust
4. Bake at 350f for 20 minutes
5. Cool
6. Mix pudding with 2 cups of milk using the directions on the side of the package
7. Add in softened vanilla ice cream
8. Pour over the cooled cracker crust
9. Top with cool whip
10. Use a vegetable peeler to create chocolate curls as garnish across the top
11. Chill until ready to serve
