Ingredients

  • Pears With Juice
  • Plain Low-fat Yogurt
  • Banana
  • Honey
  • Ground Nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor & blend until smooth
  2. Pour into chilled tall glasses, sprinkle with nutmeg & enjoy!
