This recipe is a lighter version of chia's recipe #77300.

Ingredients

  • All-purpose Flour
  • Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
  • Sugar
  • Splenda Granular
  • Baking Powder
  • Salt
  • Ground Cardamom
  • Pears
  • Unsweetened Applesauce
  • Milk
  • Egg
  • Egg White
  • Pecans
  • Cardamom

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Spray a loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray
  3. Mix all bread ingredients in a large bowl
  4. Pour into prepared pan
  5. Mix topping ingredients and sprinkle on top
  6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted off center comes out clean
  7. Allow to cool 10 minutes, remove from pan and allow to cool completely for 1 hour
  8. Enjoy!
