Peanut Butter Ice Cream Sauce

Description

Good by itself on a sundae or with a fudge sauce too.

Ingredients

• Peanut Butter Chips
• Milk
• Whipping Cream
• Vanilla Extract

Instructions

1. In small saucepan place peanut butter chips, milk and whipping cream
2. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth
3. Remove from heat
4. Stir in vanilla
5. Serve warm
6. Cover
7. Refrigerate leftover sauce
8. To reheat: place sauce in small saucepan
9. Stir constantly over low heat until warm
10. Add additional milk or whipping cream for desired consistency
