Ingredients

  • Pasta
  • Artichoke Hearts
  • Olive Oil
  • Butter
  • Onion
  • Dried Basil
  • Sour Cream
  • Cottage Cheese
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Drain liquid from the marinated artichokes into a skillet
  2. Slice the drained hearts into bite sized pieces
  3. Add olive oil and butter to artichoke marinade and heat
  4. Add onions and saute until soft
  5. Add artichoke heart pieces and basil to the skillet and saute 3-5 minutes more
  6. Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients
  7. Toss the pasta with the warm sauce
