Ingredients
- Asparagus
- Soy Sauce
- Vegetable Oil
- Vinegar
- Sugar
- Toasted Sesame Seeds
- Ground Ginger
- Ground Cumin
Instructions
- Cook the asparagus in a small amount of water until crisp tender, about 4 minutes
- Drain well and place in a large bowl
- Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over asparagus
- Toss to coat
- Cover and chill for 1 hour
- Drain before serving
