Ingredients

  • Oat Bran
  • Dates
  • Non-fat Powdered Milk
  • Molasses
  • Hot Water
  • Butter
  • Egg Substitute
  • Flour
  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • Cinnamon
  • Baking Soda
  • Ground Ginger
  • Ground Cardamom
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven 350 degrees f
  2. Spray 9x5x3 inch loaf pan with pan spray
  3. Mix oat bran, dates, dry milk, molasses, hot water, butter and egg substitute in large bowl
  4. Stir in remaining ingredients
  5. Spread into prepared pan, bake 30-40 minutes
  6. Until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
  7. Cool 5 minutes, loosen sides
  8. Remove from pan let cool completely before slicing
