  • Tuna
  • Cannellini Beans
  • Roasted Red Peppers
  • Capers
  • Lemon, Zest Of
  • Lemon Juice
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Pita Bread

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the tuna, beans, peppers, capers, lemon zest
  2. In a seperate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, oil, salt and black pepper
  3. Pour the vinegrette over the tuna mixture and toss to coat
  4. Serve with bread
