New Potatoes With Wine And Basil

Ingredients

  • Tiny New Potatoes
  • Garlic
  • Green Onion
  • Dry White Wine
  • Vinegar
  • Dried Basil
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • Dijon Mustard
  • Parsley
  • Nonfat Yogurt

Instructions

  1. Scrub the potatoes well, cut in halves or quarters depending on the size of the potatoes
  2. Place the potatoes in a pan with the next six ingredients
  3. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat and simmer until the potatoes are done
  4. Remove potatoes with a slotted spoon to a serving dish and keep warm
  5. Cook the sauce until it has reduced and thickened
  6. Stir in the mustard and parsley or basil
  7. Remove from heat, if desired stir in nonfat yogurt
  8. Pour sauce over potatoes and serve
