My Neptune Spread

During a visit to the keg, my dh and tried their neptune spread on crostini. Neither of us likes seafoods, but we really enjoyed this. I came up with this, which is pretty close.

During a visit to the keg, my dh and tried their neptune spread on crostini. Neither of us likes seafoods, but we really enjoyed this. I came up with this, which is pretty close.

Ingredients

  • Cream Cheese
  • Mayonnaise
  • Garlic
  • Dried Parsley
  • Worcestershire Sauce
  • Green Onions
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Crab
  • Hot Sauce
  • Salt And Pepper
  • Baguette

Instructions

  1. Cream together cream cheese and mayonnaise until fluffy
  2. Stir in garlic, parsley, worcestershire and green onion
  3. Stir in crab and parmesan cheese
  4. Flavour with hot sauce, salt and pepper to taste
  5. Spread on crostini and broil until warmed
  6. Slice baguette on an angle into 1 / 4-inch slices, brush with olive oil and broil lightly
