Ingredients
- Unsalted Butter
- Sugar
- Light Brown Sugar
- Eggs
- Bananas
- Vanilla
- Flour
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Cinnamon
- Cardamom
- Allspice
- Nuts
- Sour Cream
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Beat butter and sugars until smooth and creamy
- Beat in eggs, one at a time
- Beat in bananas and vanilla
- In a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients together
- Fold the dry ingredients into the wet, until well blended
- Fold the nuts and sour cream into batter until just blended
- Do not over-mix
- Butter a cast iron skillet
- Pour batter into skillet-bake in oven until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean-45 minutes to an hour
