Moist Caramel Apple Cake

Description

This is a good fall recipe for apple season.

Ingredients

• Yellow Cake Mix
• Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding And Pie Filling Mix
• Water
• Eggs
• Vegetable Oil
• Granny Smith Apples
• Caramels
• Milk

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350f grease and flour 12 cup fluted tube pan or 10 inch tube pan
2. Beat cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, eggs and oil in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed until blended
3. Beat on high speed 2 minute gently stir inapples
4. Pour into prepared pan
5. Bake 50 min to 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
6. Cool 20 min
7. Remove from pan
8. Cool completely on wire rack
9. Microwave caramels and milk in microwaveable bowl on high 1-1 / 2 min
10. , stirring every 30 sec
11. Until blended
12. Cool 10 minute until slightly thickened
13. Drizzle over cake
