Lobster Tail With Lobster Sauce

This one is also from the diana liu cookbook. I haven't tried this yet. Lobster in my part of the country is too expensive for me to make this.

This one is also from the diana liu cookbook. I haven't tried this yet. Lobster in my part of the country is too expensive for me to make this.

Ingredients

  • Lobster Tails
  • Ground Pork
  • Green Onions
  • Ginger
  • Sherry Wine
  • Preserved Black Bean
  • Eggs
  • Broth
  • Soy Sauce
  • Oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 tblsp
  2. Oil in frying pan until hot
  3. Saute green onions and ginger 1 minute
  4. Add lobster and stir-fry 4 minutes
  5. Remove from pan
  6. Set aside
  7. Heat 2 more tblsp
  8. Oil in frying pan until hot
  9. Stir-fry pork and salted black beans 5 minutes
  10. Add broth, soy sauce, sherry, and salt
  11. Bring to boil
  12. Pour eggs slowly into pork mixture and stir gently
  13. Add lobster pieces
  14. Cook 2 more minutes
  15. Serve hot as part of a chinese meal
