Ingredients

  • Vital Wheat Gluten Flour
  • Flax Seed Meal
  • Cooked Quinoa
  • Old Fashioned Oats
  • Sea Salt
  • Baking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Coconut Oil
  • Honey
  • Agave
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Cinnamon
  • Dried Cranberries
  • Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Cook quinoa and set aside to let cool
  3. Mix flour, vital wheat gluten, flaxseed meal, oats, salt, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl
  4. Beat coconut oil, honey, agave, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon together
  5. Then add in the flour mixture, dried cranberries and chocolate chips
  6. Spoon dough onto cookie sheet
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until golden brown
