Description
Good for the cold winter days. Soak the lentils to speed up boiling.
Ingredients
- Lentils
- Onions
- Parsley Roots
- Carrots
- Thyme
- Pepper
- Garlic
- Salt
- Fresh Parsley Leaves
Instructions
- Boil the lentils in 2 l water with some salt
- When the lentils are soft, add the chopped parsley root, onion and carrot
- Let boil another 10 minutes and add thyme, garlic
