Ingredients

  • Ground Lean Pork
  • Green Onion
  • Water Chestnut
  • Cornstarch
  • All-purpose Flour
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Dark Sesame Oil
  • Hot Red Pepper
  • Salt
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Fresh Basil
  • Lemon, Rind Of
  • Light Coconut Milk
  • Soymilk
  • Thai Fish Sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine pork through salt in a large bowl and form into 8 large balls
  2. Saut meatballs in oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned on all sides
  3. Continue cooking 6-7 min, then drain
  4. Combine sauce ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil over medium-high heat
  5. Add meatballs to sauce, cover, reduce heat and continue simmering 8 minutes
  6. Serve garnished with basil and lemon peel
