Lime Marinated Broiled Salmon

Ingredients

  • Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • Fresh Lime Juice
  • Fresh Ginger
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Salmon Fillets
  • Cooking Spray
  • Lime Wedges

Instructions

  1. Place first 5 ingredients in a blender
  2. Process until smooth
  3. Pour into a large zip-top plastic bag
  4. Add salmon, and seal and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning bag occasionally
  5. Preheat broiler
  6. Remove salmon from bag, discarding marinade
  7. Place salmon on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray
  8. Broil 8 minutes
  9. Turn, and broil an additional 4 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork
  10. Serve with lime wedges
