Ingredients

  • Unsweetened Crushed Canned Pineapple
  • Bananas
  • Reduced Fat Graham Cracker Crust
  • Fat Free Cream Cheese
  • Pineapple Sherbet
  • Sugar-free Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • Reduced-fat Whipped Topping
  • Maraschino Cherries
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Caramel Ice Cream Topping
  • Pecans

Instructions

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice
  2. In a small bowl, combine bananas and 2 tbsp reserved juice
  3. Let stand for 5 minutes
  4. Drain bananas, discarding juice
  5. Arrange bananas over bottom of crust
  6. Set aside
  7. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 2 tbsp reserved pineapple juice
  8. Gradually beat in sherbert
  9. Gradually beat in pudding mix
  10. Beat 2 minutes longer
  11. Refrigerate 1 / 3 cup pineapple until serving
  12. Fold remaining pineapple into cream cheese mixture
  13. Fold in 2 cups whipped topping
  14. Spread evenly over banana slices
  15. Cover and freeze until firm
  16. Remove from the freezer 10-15 minutes before serving
  17. Chop three maraschino cherries and pat dry
  18. Arrange cherries and reserved pineapple around edge of pie
  19. Drizzle with chocolate syrup and caramel topping
  20. Dollop remaining whipped topping onto center of pie
  21. Sprinkle with pecans, top with remaining cherry
