Ingredients

  • 90% Lean Ground Beef
  • Onion
  • Red Kidney Beans
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Diced Tomatoes
  • Elbow Macaroni
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Water
  • Chili Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Low-fat Cheddar Cheese

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet cook meat aond onion until done
  2. Drain fat and stir in kidney beans, tomato sauce, undrained tomatoes, uncooked macaroni, green pepper, water, chili powder, and garlic powder
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring often
  4. Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle with cheese
  5. Cover to melt cheese and serve
