A delicious new twist to an old stand-by

Ingredients

  • Lean Ground Beef
  • Tomato Ketchup
  • Tomato Juice
  • Salt And Black Pepper
  • Cayenne Pepper
  • Eggs
  • Fresh Breadcrumb
  • Onion
  • Prepared Mustard
  • Brown Sugar
  • Fresh Herb

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ketchup, tomato juice, salt, and both peppers, eggs, bread crumbs, onions, and mustard
  2. Mix until thoroughly blended
  3. Add ground beef
  4. Mix gently, but thoroughly
  5. Line a 9×5 inch loaf pan with foil
  6. Press in beef mixture
  7. In separate bowl, combine the topping ingredients, mixing well
  8. Spread over top of loaf
  9. Bake at 400f 45 minutes or until done
  10. Drain off fat
  11. Rest meatloaf five minutes before serving
