Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Pieces
  • Plain Low-fat Yogurt
  • Garlic Powder
  • Fresh Garlic Cloves
  • Paprika
  • Parsley Flakes
  • Soy Sauce
  • Flour
  • Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Place chicken into a pre-sprayed shallow baking pan
  3. Into a small bowl mix place all remaining ingredients
  4. Mix well and spread over chicken and bake 35 minutes
  5. Place parmesan on top and bake another 12 minutes
