Ingredients

  • Cheese
  • Plain Low-fat Yogurt
  • Carrot
  • Tomatoes
  • Green Bell Pepper
  • Cucumber
  • Mixed Fresh Herbs
  • Candied Ginger
  • Hot Sauce
  • Salt
  • Pita Pocket Bread

Instructions

  1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients
  2. Serve in pita bread pockets or rolled in wheat tortillas
