Ingredients
- Flour
- Sugar
- Cocoa
- Salt
- Baking Soda
- Vegetable Oil
- Water
- Vanilla
- Vinegar
Instructions
- Place all ingredients into the ungreased cake pan
- Mix thoroughly with a fork until well blended, and no clumps
- Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes
- Top with sifted powdered sugar
