Ingredients

  • Chicken Broth
  • Yellow Tomatoes
  • Yellow Bell Pepper
  • Banana Peppers
  • Garlic Cloves
  • Onion
  • Roma Tomato
  • Chives

Instructions

  1. In a food processor bowl or blender container combine half of the broth, yellow tomatoes, sweet pepper, banana pepper, garlic, and onion
  2. Cover and process or blend mixture until smooth
  3. Repeat
  4. Transfer soup to bowl
  5. Chill, covered, for 4 hours
  6. Top with diced roma tomato and garnish with fresh whole chives, if desired
  7. Makes 8 servings
