Ingredients

  • Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
  • Heavy Cream
  • Salt
  • Chocolate
  • Milk
  • Whipped Cream
  • Marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large microwavable bowl
  2. Microwave for about two minutes, stirring at 30 second intervals until melted and smooth
  3. Watch carefully and do not scorch
  4. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for two hours
  5. When chocolate mixture is firm, scoop into balls using a small sized cookie scoop
  6. Wrap individually in plastic wrap, then store in a zip lock bag in the refrigerator for up to five days, or in the freezer for two months
  7. To make hot chocolate: place three scoops into a large mug, top with 1 cup milk, and microwave until hot, about two minutes
  8. Stir at 30 second intervals until melted and hot
  9. Garnish with whipped cream or marshmallows, if desired
