Honey Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

A not quite sweet but not really spicy glaze to throw on tenderloins or chops. Ive made this without the dry mustard (didnt have any) and it tasted great! You can also broil instead of grilling with no problems.

A not quite sweet but not really spicy glaze to throw on tenderloins or chops. Ive made this without the dry mustard (didnt have any) and it tasted great! You can also broil instead of grilling with no problems.

Ingredients

  • Catalina Dressing
  • Pork Tenderloin
  • Chili Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Dry Mustard
  • Paprika
  • Dried Thyme Leaves
  • Honey

Instructions

  1. Brush 2 tablespoons of the catalina dressing over pork
  2. Mix dry ingredients
  3. Rub onto pork
  4. Let stand 10 min or refrigerate up to 24 hours to marinate
  5. Preheat grill to medium heat
  6. Place pork on grill
  7. Cover
  8. Grill 20 min
  9. , turning occasionally
  10. Mix remaining 2 tablespoons dressing and honey
  11. Brush some of the honey mixture over pork
  12. Continue grilling 5 to 10 min
  13. , turning and brushing with honey mixture until pork is cooked through
  14. Let stand, covered with foil, a few minutes before slicing
