Description
Crispy, oven baked chicken wings with a delicious asian inspired marinade. Serves 3.
Ingredients
- Chicken Wings
- Bok Choy
- Peanut Oil
- White Rice
- Marinade
- Water
- Honey
- Light Soy Sauce
- Garlic Cloves
- Ginger
- Chinese Five Spice Powder
Instructions
- Mix all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl and pour over chicken wings
- Marinade the wings for about 30 min – 1 hour
- Bake them in the oven uncovered for about 30 minutes total at 400 f degrees, turning them every 15 minute to make sure both sides are cooked thoroughly
- Use a bit of the remaining sauce to pan fry the bok choy until well cooked
- Serve together on a plate
