Honey Oat Biscotti

Ingredients

  • Margarine
  • Honey
  • Eggs
  • Vanilla
  • All-purpose Flour
  • Cinnamon
  • Baking Powder
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • Rolled Oats
  • Nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 f
  2. Cream butter
  3. Beat in honey, eggs and vanilla
  4. Combine flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda and salt
  5. Mix well
  6. St into butter mixture
  7. Stir in oats and nuts
  8. On greased baking sheet, shape dough into 2 logs
  9. Bake at 375 f
  10. For 12-15 minutes, or until lightly browned
  11. Cool 5 minutes
  12. Remove to cutting board
  13. Cut each log into 1 / 2-inch strips
  14. Place on cookie sheet
  15. Bake at 300f
  16. , 25-30 minutes or until crisp throughout strip
