Ingredients

  • All-purpose Flour
  • Brown Sugar
  • Butter
  • Walnuts
  • Reduced-fat Cream Cheese
  • Honey
  • Milk
  • Lemon Juice
  • Vanilla Extract
  • Egg

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine flour and brown sugar
  2. Cut in butter until crumbly
  3. Stir in walnuts
  4. Press onto the bottom of an 8 inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned
  6. For filling, in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, honey, milk, lemon juice and vanilla until blended
  7. Add egg
  8. Beat on low speed just until combined
  9. Pour over crust
  10. Bake 20-25 minutes longer or until set
  11. Cool completely on a wire rack
  12. Cut into bars
  13. Refrigerate leftovers
