Ingredients

  • Tofu Shirataki Noodles
  • Reduced-fat Peanut Butter
  • Light Soymilk
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Garlic
  • Artificial Sweetener
  • Scallions
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain noodles well
  2. Pat very dry with paper towels
  3. Place noodles in a microwave-safe bowl, and microwave for 1 minute
  4. Drain excess liquid from noodles, and pat them again until thoroughly dry
  5. Cut noodles into spaghetti-length pieces
  6. Set aside
  7. In a separate small dish, combine peanut butter, soymilk, soy sauce, sesame seeds, garlic and sweetener
  8. Mix well
  9. Feel free to season this sauce to taste with salt
  10. Pour sauce over noodles
  11. Mix thoroughly
  12. Top with chopped scallions and mix again
  13. Allow to chill in the fridge
  14. Then enjoy!
