I was looking for a rub recipe to use on pork chops and came across recipe #89202. But i added al ot more herbs and this is what i came up with. It is delicious on pork chops and i'm sure it would be great on chicken also. This should be enough for 2-3 pork chops

Ingredients

  • Olive Oil
  • Onion Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Basil
  • Thyme
  • Marjoram
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Oregano
  • Paprika
  • Rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper

Instructions

  1. Rub meat with olive oil
  2. Combine all herbs and rub into meat
