Ingredients
- Quick-cooking Oats
- All-purpose Flour
- Whole Wheat Flour
- Sugar
- Baking Powder
- Baking Soda
- Salt
- Egg
- Buttermilk
- Canola Oil
- Vanilla Extract
- Berries
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients
- In another bowl, combine the egg, buttermilk, oil and vanilla
- Mix well
- Stir into the dry ingredients just until moistened
- Pour batter by 1 / 4 cupfuls onto a hot griddle coated with cooking spray
- Turn when bubbles form on top
- Cook until the second side is golden brown
- Serve with berries if desired
