Restaurant style sesame chicken with out the extra fat and calories.

Ingredients

  • Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • Light Soy Sauce
  • Mirin
  • All-purpose Flour
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Black Pepper
  • Chili Flakes

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Cut the chicken breasts in half
  3. Place chicken in a shallow dish and pour soy sauce and mirin over the chicken
  4. Turn the chicken over to thoroughly coat
  5. Combine the seeds, flour, pepper and chili flakes in a bowl
  6. Mix well
  7. Place the chicken in the dry mixture and turn over to coat completely
  8. Spray a baking dish with non-stick spray
  9. Place coated chicken in the dish
  10. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until done, uncovered
  11. Remove the pan from the oven and serve immediately
