My favorite breakfast. Easy, low-fat, filling, and energizing!!! Also great for an afternoon snack. You can use your favorite brand of baked beans. I personally like the fat-free heinz in tomato sauce.
Ingredients
- Baked Beans
- Egg Whites
- Broccoli
Instructions
- Sautee broccoli in a skillet until tender
- Add egg whites to the broccoli and let cook until semi-firm
- Flip and cook until the eggs set
- Add the baked beans in the center and fold
- Enjoy!
