My favorite breakfast. Easy, low-fat, filling, and energizing!!! Also great for an afternoon snack. You can use your favorite brand of baked beans. I personally like the fat-free heinz in tomato sauce.

My favorite breakfast. Easy, low-fat, filling, and energizing!!! Also great for an afternoon snack. You can use your favorite brand of baked beans. I personally like the fat-free heinz in tomato sauce.

Ingredients

  • Baked Beans
  • Egg Whites
  • Broccoli

Instructions

  1. Sautee broccoli in a skillet until tender
  2. Add egg whites to the broccoli and let cook until semi-firm
  3. Flip and cook until the eggs set
  4. Add the baked beans in the center and fold
  5. Enjoy!
