Ingredients

  • Apple
  • Toasted Sliced Almonds
  • Instant Oats
  • Cinnamon
  • Light Vanilla Soymilk
  • Whole Wheat Flour
  • Splenda Brown Sugar Blend
  • Nonstick Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Heat oven 375 degrees
  2. Core, thinly slice apple
  3. Spray non stick can spray on baking sheet
  4. Spread apples on baking sheet
  5. In another bowl, combine almonds, instant oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon
  6. Moisten with soy milk
  7. Mix well
  8. Spread mixture over apples
  9. Sprinkle more cinnamon over mixture and any uncovered apples
  10. Bake 7 mins or until apples are very tender
  11. Serve hot and enjoy! may eat it plain, over light yogurt, 1 / 2 cup milk, or even over frozen yogurt / ice cream!
