Ingredients
- Sugar
- Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
- Nonfat Milk
- Fat-free Half-and-half
- Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
- Vanilla
Instructions
- Mix together the sugar and cocoa in a 2-quart saucepan
- Stir in the skim milk and half and half until well blended and cook until heated
- Do not bring to a boil
- Remove pan from heat
- Whisk in chocolate chips and stir until chips are melted and the milk mixture is smooth
- Stir in vanilla and pour into 4 mugs to serve
