Ingredients

  • Oil
  • Applesauce
  • Honey
  • Sugar
  • Eggs
  • Flour
  • Wheat Flour
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt
  • Carrots
  • Cinnamon
  • Vanilla
  • Icing
  • Butter
  • Low-fat Cream Cheese
  • Powdered Sugar

Instructions

  1. Beat oil, applesauce, honey and sugar, then add eggs
  2. Add and mix the rest of the cake ingredients in the order given
  3. Beat for 1 minute
  4. Pour into 3 9-inch cake pans or 9×13 pan
  5. Bake at 350f for 35-40 minutes
  6. Icing: mix butter and cream cheese together until smooth, then add sugar a little at a time
  7. Beat until smooth
