Here is a lightened up version of this delicious appetizer.

Ingredients

  • Seasoned Stuffing Mix
  • Onion
  • Egg Substitute
  • Egg
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Butter
  • Chicken Broth
  • Garlic Clove
  • Dried Thyme
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Frozen Spinach

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine stuffing, onion, egg substitute, egg, parmesan, butter, broth, garlic, thyme, salt and pepper
  2. Stir in spinach until well combined
  3. Roll into 1-inch balls
  4. Place in a 15x10x1-inch baking dish coated with nonstick spray
  5. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees until golden brown, about 15-20 minutes
