Ingredients

  • Navel Orange
  • Plain Low-fat Yogurt
  • Frozen Blueberries
  • Apple
  • Ice Cubes
  • Honey
  • Ground Flax Seed

Instructions

  1. From orange, grate 1 / 2 t
  2. Peel
  3. Remove remaining peel and white pith from orange and discard
  4. Section orange
  5. In blender, combine orange peel, orange sections, yogurt, blueberries, apple, ice, honey, and flaxseed
  6. Blend until mixture is smooth
  7. Pour into 1 tall glass
  8. Garnish with granola, if desired
