Ingredients

  • Butter
  • Brown Sugar
  • Egg Yolk
  • Vanilla
  • Flour
  • Dark Corn Syrup
  • Heavy Cream
  • Hazelnuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Line 9 x 13 pan with aluminum foil
  3. Spray with cooking spray
  4. Beat together butter, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla
  5. Add flour and mix until crumbly
  6. Press into 9 x 13 pan
  7. Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown
  8. In a medium saucepan melt sugar, butter, and corn syrup until boiling
  9. Boil 2 minutes
  10. Remove from heat
  11. Stir in cream and nuts
  12. Pour over crust
  13. Bake 22 minutes or until caramel is colored and bubbly
  14. Let cool
