Ingredients
- Butter
- Brown Sugar
- Egg Yolk
- Vanilla
- Flour
- Dark Corn Syrup
- Heavy Cream
- Hazelnuts
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350
- Line 9 x 13 pan with aluminum foil
- Spray with cooking spray
- Beat together butter, sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla
- Add flour and mix until crumbly
- Press into 9 x 13 pan
- Cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown
- In a medium saucepan melt sugar, butter, and corn syrup until boiling
- Boil 2 minutes
- Remove from heat
- Stir in cream and nuts
- Pour over crust
- Bake 22 minutes or until caramel is colored and bubbly
- Let cool
