This is a lovely sweet bread, very similar to the king's bakery brand. There are some similar recipes in the zaar database, but no exact matches so i am posting this. Cooking time will depend on your machine,
Ingredients
- Pineapple Juice
- Egg
- Milk
- Butter
- Coconut Extract
- Ground Ginger
- Sugar
- Potato Flakes
- Bread Flour
- Gluten
- Fast Rising Yeast
Instructions
- Place ingredients into pan in the order recommended by your abm
- Use settings for sweet bread or light crust if your machine has them
