I have not tried this recipe. I got it from everyday health. The recipe calls for 2 packages of egg substitute.

Ingredients

  • Cooking Spray
  • Frozen Hash Browns With Onions And Peppers
  • Broccoli
  • Turkey Ham
  • Fat-free Evaporated Milk
  • All-purpose Flour
  • Egg Substitute
  • Reduced-fat Cheddar Cheese
  • Fresh Basil
  • Ground Black Pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350f coat a 2-quart square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray
  2. Spread hash brown potatoes and broccoli evenly in bottom of prepared baking dish
  3. Top with turkey bacon or ham
  4. Set aside
  5. In a medium bowl, gradually stir milk into flour
  6. Stir in egg product, half of the cheese, the basil, black pepper, and salt
  7. Pour egg mixture over vegetables
  8. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean
  9. Sprinkle with remaining cheese
  10. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
