Wonderful blend of sweet and sour. All of the ingredients, except the spices, were raised on our place..

Ingredients

  • Pork Roast
  • Sauerkraut
  • Apple Pie Filling
  • Caraway Seeds

Instructions

  1. Combine sauerkraut and apple pie filling in crock pot
  2. Place roast in crock pot and ladle sauerkraut over roast
  3. Sprinkle with caraway seed
  4. Cook on high for 6 hours
  5. Reduce heat to low and continue to cook for 2-3 hours
